Earth Brew

I have been using this coffee for over a year. I was searching for a mushroom coffee that you could brew and it taste like coffee. This hit the mark for me and I am a coffee snob. Lol

I really like it. I drink a cup in the AM almost every day.

I have not tried other mushroom coffees and now have no need to. I am completely satisfied with Good Time’s medium roast. I drink coffee black, so there is a slightly different mouth feel with this but surprisingly pleasant. Occasionally, I would add some cinnamon to my regular coffee grinds prior to brewing and that’s what this mushroom coffee tastes like to me. It’s absolutely wonderful. I use the AeroPress system and it can be a little hard to “press”, but perhaps the recommendation to use a metal filter rather than paper helps with this. Since no one at my local co-op had any first hand knowledge of this product, I bought it wondering if I just wasted twenty bucks. I’m headed back in after a week of daily use to give them my honest review. More people need to try this to appreciate the flavor as well as the health benefits. Great product! This coffee is so good, my bf got me a bag to try and it ended up being fantastic. I make my coffee in a french press, which can often make coffee taste bitter, but not this stuff. It doesn't taste super bitter or shroomy, honestly just warm smooth coffee flavor with very slight nutty undertones! 10/10 coffee :)
