Dark Earth Brew

Pretty sure I entered a review before purchasing directly and nothing has changed. The blend is perfect coffee to mushrooms, has had a distinct effect on my day to day mental health, my blood pressure (it always hangs about 6-8 points lower now) and I plain just enjoy it for what it is.

My local natural grocery store carried this so I tried a small pack of it. I used it for my afternoon cup of coffee and I was so pleased. The flavor is very good, although I would consider the dark roast a medium roast compared to a typical dark roast coffee. But what sold me was how I felt! I was more alert, but not with the blast of energy coffee usually hits you with. I also felt very, level, I guess, even-keeled. I don't know how to describe it but it gives such a pleasant feeling with no caffeine jitters or crash later. Went to the website and purchased several bags! I have also made this with several methods and they all turned out great: pour over, press, and stovetop bialetti espresso maker.

My favorite coffee! I drink two cups a day and feel the benefits of the mushrooms and coffee mixed together for a smooth delicious brew. Thanks GTH :)

We bought this at a store during a visit in Galesburg, IL. Thought nothing of it because we both love mushroom coffee, We made it the next morning and then an hour in looked at each other while I drove and I asked, are you chill or caffeinated? We both agreed that this was not a driving coffee because we were both relaxed and focused but not buzzed. To me that’s an excellent sign. Made me a fan instantly. Generally, I use mushroom coffee mostly as a blood pressure modifier and this chill focus factor is just icing on the cake. It’s really delicious too - this coming from someone who hates the texture but loves the taste of mushrooms.

As a retailer, we have tried many different “mushroom” coffee brands. My husband loves this dark earth coffee. It is without a doubt, his favorite. Other people that have tried it love it as well. Great company to support. They are very resourceful and easy to work with.

This is our new favorite coffee! It is great hot and as a cold brew. So happy to have found a mushroom coffee that doesn't taste like mushrooms. I first tried this at a festival a few weeks ago (June 2026) and havent looked back- I now strictly drink this and not regular bean coffee. I can't say enough good things about Good Time; It's a smooth, delicious, perfect cup, with the added bonus of mushroom magic. I don't feel jittery or anxious, only calm and energized. I will continue to buy and wish they sold it in a 3 to 5 pound bag.

Great tasting organic coffee! It doesn't taste like mushrooms, and there is no aftertaste. I love the Medium and Dark brew coffee. 😍

Coffee is not my friend. It is very hard on my bladder and it’s something that I should avoid. But who can pass that up? I have limited myself to just one cup each day, but I am so glad that I found the good Times, dark brew. It tastes so good. It’s actually good for me and it doesn’t cause me to constantly be looking for a bathroom.

Dark seems to be selling slightly better then earth coffee. We have both staff l& customers tell us they like both the taste and effect.

I purchased my first batch at a farm cooperative in Fredericksburg about 2 hours from my home and fell in love with the richness of the blend!!! Searched online and found the company and now I have a subscription soI never run out!! Also tried the hibiscus tea!! 10 out of 10!!! Keep up the amazing work 😊
