Coffee: For a perfect cup of coffee (6oz), use 1 rounded tablespoon (14g) of our ground coffee blend. Add to your preferred brewing apparatus. For best results, use a metal mesh filter for your brewing apparatus. This allows the mushrooms to brew through. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy a Good Time!
Tea: For a perfect cup of tea (8oz.), use 1 tablespoon (3.5g) of our tea blend. Add to your preferred brewing apparatus and steep for at least 3 minutes. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy a Good Time!

I am pleased with the flavor of the mushroom coffee. I also like that the caffeine effect isn't as harsh as normal coffee. However, if I want more caffeine I can add a tablespoon of regular coffee to it.
